Please be informed that the Zambia Revenue Authority is upgrading their internal systems and is having a new system installed. This is causing a lot of clearance delays of non-documents. All shipments that need formal clearance are being delayed due to this upgrade. Currently, it is not known when this will normalise.

It is requested that all escalations are held during this time. Further information will be broadcast as it becomes available.
