Broadcast - Venezuela Custom Clearance Delays.  

Please be informed that  the internal customs systems, SIDUNEA WORLD in Caracas, Venezuela it is experiencing  major failures. This is causing clearance delays of  non-documents. All shipments that need formal clearance are being delayed due to this problem.

Currently, it is not known when the issue will be resolved.  

It is requested that all escalations are held during this time. Further information will be broadcast as it becomes available.
