Broadcast - Typhoon,  Hong Kong

Please note that a strong typhoon, , is approaching Hong Kong, Tropical Warning Signal Number <8> has been issued by the local observatory.

All the pick-ups and deliveries are suspended, the in/outbound flights are delayed, and the on-ground handling activities at the airport are obstructed as well.  
Further information will be broadcasted when weather conditions improve.

For Customer Service, only TNT Hotline will be operated as usual (since it is located in Guangzhou) but no pick-up and delivery services could be arranged until further notice.  Support and Major/Global Account Helpdesk services are suspended.  It is therefore requested to keep escalations to minimum.
