Dear Customer(s),

This is for your information.

Singapore Customs Update (Advance Permit for Shipments to Iran via SIN HUB)

In view of international developments and heightened concerns about Iran's nuclear programme, Singapore Customs has implemented a regulatory requirement that all goods (non documents) which are imported from, exported or transit via Singapore to Iran would require an export/transshipment permit. With immediate effect, the complete set of shipping documentation are required for declaration of the export/transshipment permit. Any incomplete shipping documentation will result in delay in Customs Clearance. Please be advised that at least 4 working days (3 working for SG customs validation/approval & 1 working day for operational processing) will be required for the permit declaration.

Documentation requirement for SG Customs Clearance:
Connote
Invoice
Sanction Form
End User Certificate (refer to attach sample)**

Failure to comply with the requirements or conditions imposed by Singapore Customs will result in hefty fines & penalties.

With Warm Regards,
