Clearance Agents Strike - Lagos, Nigeria

Clearance agents affiliated to The Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) have gone on a strike to protest the decision of Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) on relocating them to a new premise.

All clearance activities at Muhammad Murtula International Airport, Lagos have come to a standstill. Negotiations between representatives of ANLCA and FAAN to break this impasse are currently in progress.  

A further update would be organised as soon as there is a change in the situation.  

Please keep all escalations to a minimum in the interim.
