For all export shipments through UPS network (except DOCUMENTS), shipper need to mention their IEC code and provide IEC copy along with all shipments (when exporter is a Company).

However, if sender is an individual then he must have to provide a copy of ID proof.

Kindly inform your clients accordingly to avoid any unnecessary objections over shipments.
