Please be informed that  as per attached Circulars,  Customs have decided   to make  E- Payment of Customs duty  mandatory for  all importers registered under  ACP (Accredited Clients Program)  &  importers paying Customs Duty of  one lakh  or more per bill   of entry with effect from 17/09/2012.
