Please be advised that due to the continuing social unrest in Yemen, we are still experiencing delays with pickups and deliveries.

Kindly note that as our office in Sana'a is not fully functional , all the affected consignments will be updated with "ANW" status.

It is therefore advisable to inform all customers not to expect deliveries based on the due dates.

Please avoid sending escalations until further notice.
