Uganda Revenue Systems is currently down nationwide due to a network failure.

All consignments which need formal entry (high value as well as dutiable) will be impacted due to this incident.

This issue has been accorded highest priority and a technical team is working round the clock to have this resolved at the earliest.

Please keep escalations to a minimum in the interim.

An update would be organised as soon as there is change in the situation.
