This is reference to our various communications on this subject, please note, customs is very strict and not allowing clearance of any shipment without original documents, we are still receiving COA, Non DG Declarations, SDF & Annexure on plane paper ( photo copy ) which is not acceptable by customs.


You are requested to speak to customer and educate them on the requirements so that we can avoid delay in export, please refer below documents which are mandatory for Chemicals & ADC Clearance.

Chemicals :

Proper Invoice.
Certificate of analyses : ( Original, on company letter head - Batch number, signed by authorized person,  name of signatory and designation )
MSDS- self attested.
Non Haz Declaration in IATA format.- ( Original, on company letter head - Company stamp, signature, name of signatory and designation )
End use letter, this will clarify whether it is to be used in pharma / medicines.
If it is for use in pharma industries then all ADC documents should be arranged.

Docs req for ADC:

Invoice : with proper name of Drug / Medicine, the name of the product should tally with product list.
Copy of Drug Mfg Licence : In case the Exporter is Manufacturer :
Copy of Form 20B / 21B : If the Exporter is Trader / Distributor :
Local purchase bill.
Product List - This is also certified by License issuing authority.
Export label - with Manufacturer details, Date of Manufacturing and Expiry, Bath number & Licence Number.
