WPX can only be sent to a permanent residence (private/company) in Minsk (WPX for CC to DHL office must not be addressed). NO WPX CAN BE ADDRESSED TO THE OTHER CITIES AS WELL AS TO THE MINSK AIRPORT (220054).

All non-compliant shipments will be automatically RTO. Physical shipment destroy is not allowed, only RTO. The process of RTO lasts up to 60 days. All compliant WPX are subject to formal clearance,

Duty & VAT (special regulations for WPX from Russia and Kazakhstan). There is no DHL brokerage service. DTP is unavailable. Importer should deal with customs directly or, alternatively, should hire a third party Broker. For private indv ONLY goods for personal use are allowed. For private individual a personal visit to the customs office is compulsory. A Company should have a legal status and all the registration docs for clearance or else shpt will be RTO. Term of clearance depends on cnee activities, the max duration is 60 days.
