Turkey Customs Update - Wine or Alcoholic Beverages Imports into Turkey

According to the Turkish Customs Regulations wine or alcoholic beverages imports into Turkey are restricted.

These kinds of shipments will be held by Turkish Customs and contents will be destroyed even if they were sent as a Christmas gift or sample.

Please be advised that formal clearance for wine or alcoholic beverages can only be done by Alcoholic Beverage Companies, which has special permission from the Government.
