Lebanon - heavy snow fall and bad weather conditions

Please be aware that due to extreme weather conditions of heavy rainfall and snow, we are not able to reach most of the Lebanese areas. Most of the roads are closed  
and as a result pick -up and delivery services will be delayed. The impacted consignments will be updated with the appropriate status codes.

Please keep escalations to a minimum.  Further information will be broadcasted when it is made available.




Ground Handling Agent ( GHA) strike called off, flight operation resume

Please be informed that BIMAN (Bangladesh) Ground Handling Agent ( GHA) have called off the strike after the Aviation Minister assured the employees that their demands will be met. The strike started yesterday Tuesday 8th January 2013.

Flight operations were resumed Tuesday afternoon. As a result all loading or unloading activities handled by the GHA will return to normal.
Further information will be broadcast if necessary.
