Dear  Customers, 

This is to bring to your   kind attention that from last few days ,  we are facing problem in customs clearance due to various reasons which is  resulting the  backlog situation , delay in customs clearance process  ( 2  to 3 days ) and missing of the  packages  after examination .. 

We are really having tough time @ apt to clear the consignment  due to following reasons :

Xray machines are not working properly,  
Labour/ equipment's  are not easily available,
long waiting at parking, 
delay in loading and off-loading.  .   
Backlog in customs examination area
Constructions work @ apt

. 

Please cooperate with us to overcome  this difficult situation which is beyond our control.
