Kindly be informed customs in Lebanon have advised all express companies that effective April 1st 2011 all non document consignments Invoice should be have HARMONISED CODE mentioned in it.

Euro 50 penalty for invoices without HARMONISED CODE, so please ensure compliance to the new requirements.
