MEDICAL SHIPMENTS - Please be advised that all medical equipment and medicine contents imported in IRAQ should have the approval from MINISTRY OF HEALTH (Govt of IRAQ). The receiver has to arrange for this approval and provide it when asked by IRAQ CUSTOMS.

Any consignments imported in IRAQ where the receiver doesn't provide approval from MINISTRY OF HEALTH will be seized by IRAQ CUSTOMS. It is therefore requested to check with the sender whether the receiver will have approval for importing the medical shipments.
