As per the recent information received by us from FedEx Delhi , please be updated as under,

From 2 March 2012 onwards , FedEx is not giving any weight acceptance or weight acknowledgement to any of the FedEx ASP at the time of connection of the loads at FedEx office in the night , hence whatever weight is billed by FedEx to the ASP in the invoice , will be the final weight and FedEx will not accept any debit from our side on weight issues.

Therefore we have no other option but to implement the same condition from our side on the shipments connected by you through BMC express on FedEx network , the main reason behind this is the Rex Weight which is done by FedEx in US / Europe and the major hubs outside India because these weight is captured by DWL machines outside India.

Therefore from 2 March 2012 onwards , we shall not accept any weight issues on FedEx network and BMC billing / debit note weight will be the final weight.
